ChannelGum - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ChannelGum website and services.

ChannelGum is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of social media accounts, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts.

By accessing or using ChannelGum, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChannelGum.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2.1 Restricted Countries and Compliance with Sanctions

ChannelGum is not available to users located in, or acting on behalf of individuals or entities in, countries that are subject to international sanctions under European Union, United Nations, or other applicable law, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

By using ChannelGum, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a sanctioned country and are not acting on behalf of any individual or entity in a sanctioned country. ChannelGum reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to accounts and transactions if it determines that a user is accessing the platform from a sanctioned country or in violation of applicable sanctions.

3. Platform Role

ChannelGum acts solely as a marketplace and transaction facilitation platform, ChannelGum is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers.

ChannelGum is not the seller or the buyer of any accounts listed, All transactions are conducted directly between users.

ChannelGum does not guarantee the legality, ownership, quality, performance, or longevity of any account.

4. Accounts and Listings

Only the following may be listed for sale:

YouTube accounts, TikTok accounts, Instagram accounts

The following are strictly prohibited: Stolen, hacked, compromised, or unlawfully obtained accounts

• Accounts that violate third-party platform rules

ChannelGum does not verify ownership or compliance and relies on seller representations.

5. Payments, fees & Escrow

Buyers and sellers use external payment methods to complete payments directly with each other ChannelGum charges a 10% platform service fee per completed sale, paid separately in cryptocurrency.

ChannelGum: Does not hold, store, or control buyer–seller funds, Does not process payments for the digital asset itself

Escrow agents operate on behalf of ChannelGum only to facilitate procedural transaction steps.

The term “escrow” is used as a commercial description and does not imply a regulated escrow, financial, banking, or fiduciary service. ChannelGum does not insure or guarantee transaction outcomes.

6. No Refunds

All platform service fees are non-refundable. All sales are final. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible.

7. Disputes

ChannelGum may, but is not obligated, to assist with disputes between users. All dispute-related decisions are made at ChannelGum’s sole discretion and are final. ChannelGum may close or decline disputes at any time without explanation.

8. User Content, Listings, and Communications

Users are solely responsible for all listings, messages, profile information, images, and other content they post or share on ChannelGum.

Listings submitted to ChannelGum may be subject to manual review and approval before being published on the platform. Such review is performed solely to assess compliance with platform rules and does not constitute verification, endorsement, or a guarantee of legality, ownership, accuracy, or quality.

ChannelGum does not actively monitor user content after publication and does not independently verify the legality, accuracy, or ownership of any user-submitted content. ChannelGum relies on information and representations provided by users.

Procedural steps, such as account control confirmation codes, may be used to support listing integrity but do not constitute legal verification or a guarantee of ownership.

ChannelGum is not responsible for communications, representations, or information exchanged directly between users and does not guarantee the outcome of any interaction or transaction.

8.1 Prohibition of Sharing Personal Contact Information

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact information, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, or messaging app handles (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, or similar), through ChannelGum messages or any platform feature, for the purpose of circumventing ChannelGum to conduct transactions or communications outside the platform.

Any user found in violation of this rule may be subject to: Immediate suspension or permanent termination of their account. Forfeiture of any platform protections, guarantees, or escrow services. Potential legal action if ChannelGum suffers losses as a result.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ChannelGum may, at any time and at its sole discretion: Suspend or ban accounts, Remove listings or content, Restrict or freeze access during reviews, Permanently terminate accounts, Retain all platform fees

10. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that buying and selling social media accounts is inherently high risk and may violate third-party platform rules. You use ChannelGum entirely at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChannelGum shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, disputes, or liabilities arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChannelGum from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: Your use of the platform, Your listings or transactions, Your violation of these Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Greek law and applicable European Union law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes To These Terms

ChannelGum may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
